Hibjaee Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 General Terms & Applicability

• These terms are valid in both Bangla and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Verification

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• Providing your correct full name, phone number, and date of birth during registration is mandatory.
• Identity verification using a national ID card or passport is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Registering with a false identity will result in the forfeiture of all funds.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳500; minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• Users may also request to close their account at any time.
• Accounts may be permanently closed for violations of these rules.
• Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.
• Bonus balances will not be refunded in the event of an account closure due to rule violations.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Personal information is never sold to third parties.
• User information may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options are all available.
